Mantaro Hataishi I established the kiln in the first year of the Showa Era (1926), and has continued to carry on the traditional techniques of Nabeshima ware and to train its technicians.
As the times change and lifestyles and food culture diversify, we aim to lead the spirit of craftsmanship and offer new proposals that respond to the changing times in the modern age.
In order to evolve the HATAMAN brand, we will continue to focus on traditional Japanese culture and put our heart and soul into manufacturing products that value the skills of historical artisans.
